It's not the first time the GOP has felt this way.. in 95 this idiot said

"Women do not get pregnant when raped because "the juices don't flow, the body functions don't work" during an attack, a state lawmaker said yesterday."

It seems as if this is an actual belief in some circles in the GOP..  and it kind of explains things.
