You are wise and smart. They aren't. You would not believe some of the shit I read.
The government is not taking them, they are just regulating them, which I don't mind.
I tell the gun nuts if you are so worried about tyranny, then make tanks, jets and nukes legal because from a weapons stand point, the goverment has you/me seriously out fire powered. An assualt rifle ain't doing shit to a tank but wasting bullets.
Like everything else, look who donates the most money to the NRA and you will get the answer behind their straw man arguments.
