Title: Halloween Horror Nights 22 Post by: venusishot on September 23, 2012, 04:23:16 pm We've gone Friday and Saturday night so far...very good this year. I love that the whole park is a scare zone, but feel they need some more zombies if they're going to advertise no where is safe. As far as houses go...I've enjoyed them all so far! Plan on going Thursday night !

Title: Re: Halloween Horror Nights 22 Post by: venusishot on September 23, 2012, 06:32:31 pm Darth, I felt like that last year, but this year has a different feel to it! This is the 22nd.year and I've gone to all but two ...last year I didn't enjoy it, but totally digging the zombies invading Universal. They added this one pass this year for Florida residents...first 10 days for 69.00+tax etc. You do not need an express pass really. Parking without an annual pass is $15.00, after 8 $5. Not sure if that time /price will change when open til 2.

I suck- I know.. my bad, what can I do? there only like one of these passes and we have to use because they went thru so much trouble to get it, our bad.".. and to finally coming back around to.. "whatever.. don't hate the player, loser!" HAha.. ;D Title: Re: Halloween Horror Nights 22 Post by: uselesslegs on September 26, 2012, 02:13:30 pm Don't y'all get to go to the front of the line because of the crip? Nope. Most parks have ceased this activitaaayyy. "We want you to feel like everyone else." "FUCK THAT!" Kell's access to golden passes...are...golden. I'll be use'in her! My, it seems like only yesterday I was the guy 12 people glommed onto for the express purpose of...express. Now? I'll have...the memories *sigh*. ;D Title: Re: Halloween Horror Nights 22 Post by: 44nutman on September 30, 2012, 02:26:08 pm The first time I got that I used to feel bad for all the other people in line but then I got that Romney attitude and it didn't fuckin bother me at all. NO shit, I felt bad for about 10 minutes, then the guilt was gone. I would not do it without the fast pass. The only drawback about the fast pass is you are never in line long enough to finish a drink. So you have to slam drinks, so the reason I get so plastered every year is due to the fast pass. Title: Re: Halloween Horror Nights 22 Post by: uselesslegs on September 30, 2012, 06:34:57 pm Let me revise upon my previous post.
After going this past Friday night, I found out from a NOT so handi...handi...that gimps still get a sorta kind of Fast Pass if you head over to Guest Services. It went like this. I went into Guest Services with Jimmy, waited a whopping 30 seconds and wound up talking to someone about a Fast Pass for crips. He asked me what my particular curse from God was, I told him...he handed me a report card looking thingie and just like THAT...done. It allows (including yourself) 6 people immediate Fast Pass access if the que time is 30 minutes or less. If it's more than that...the attendant writes down a time for you and your group to come back. Done and Done. I'm not sure if it works for multiple entries into the same house on the same night...but I do know if you get a "return time" and head for a ride while you wait, that ride cancels out the quick que for the house you would have headed back to at X time, if you use the card to Fast Pass the ride. We only used it for Houses, not any rides...so I'm not sure if our group could have worked around the "cancel" effect or not. So if anyone is interested in going, let me know. I'd be happy to save ya a few bucks on the FP. Oh, and you're right about slamming drinks in the express line...it almost killed me, christ. I found out that my driving arm/hand is also my drinking hand now...so I have to stop if I want to take a chug. So just when I'd get a beer and think I could have a leisurely sip...everyone was bolting to the next house and since the gimp card doesn't work without me...I'd always have to jet. So I was literally reaching the front of the house with an entire beer and slamming it all right on the spot. Inside one house, a fresh slam burp almost became an upchuck, ugh. I think I'll head to the 7-11 before the next outing and grab two Big Gulp straws and connect them so I can drink while I'm rolling. I can't handle another fuck'in slam fest. Title: Re: Halloween Horror Nights 22 Post by: dougola on September 30, 2012, 10:53:19 pm We went last night for the first time in like 5-6 year and had a blast. Made it through 5 of the 7 houses and rode that "Minion" ride among others. Haven't seen the movie but the ride was fun.
