Sandy, like everything else, has turned out to be all about the monumental ego of a big man who wants to be an even bigger man. Maybe Christie could take a break from doing his own one-man non-stop comedy show to hand out some survival kits ouch.. the comments are hateful as well.. I sense that Governor Christie is getting a little too enamored with the MSM and quite enjoying all the attention he's getting. The liberal networks are warming up to him too because they see a potential 'comrade,' particularly in light of his recent praise of Obama in the wake of Sandy. yeah, you commie RINO! How dare you praise Hussein Obama when he's bent over backwards to help your state get out from under their horrible tragedy..don't you know a real conservative would have told him to go fuck himself and his 'aid'.. in case you might be thinking I'm reading the anger wrong.. If by "done a great job" you mean fellating his Dear Leader Obama during Obama's photo-op -- where Dear Leader made no apologies about using the storm and fatboy Christie as political props and a political backdrop -- right before a crucial presidential election ... then, yes, this fat bag of crap is really knocking it out of the park. Look, I get they're suffering.. I really do.. I've been there. But even I couldn't blame Jeb for anything. It was the damage that was causing our issues, not the lack of effort.. but it's sad to see people on the outside decide that since Christie acknowledged that 'yep' Obama did a good job.. (the horror) it means he's now anti-Republican.. people are fucking crazy.. and Drudge is leading the revolt.. I'm very interested in seeing if the 'newly' normal Pubs that are coming back to their senses.. can overcome the 'drudges, Becks and Rushs' out there and get some sanity back into the system before it's really too late.. Drudge is a part of the party voice that needs to go bye-bye...along with Rush, Hannity, Malkin, Ingraham, and most of the Tea Party. There are no concessions or compromise. You never extend your hand across the aisle, unless it's to shake the hand of the opposition who's surrendered to your unrelenting obstinate position. And you NEVER EVER recognize anyone, who's not of the same party, with anything that seems to elicit praise, that isn't them coming around to your way of thinking. Damn heathens. They don't get subtle nuance. There's a difference between being passionately entrenched, but understanding that some compromise will win your idea/position some legs and possible passage...and being entrenched to the point where you'll let it all burn down, just so you never budged an inch. |
