It kind of has some truths to it, but not sure if I believe it. The rights ORCA system did crash on election night. I was always worried that the voting system in some states had ties to Bain. I don't know how true it is, but Rove was losing his mind that night.. he was very adamant that they stop saying Obama won.. but was that because he 'did' something... or tried to? With that said...I don't find it inconceivable or outside the boundaries of what fucked up human beings are capable of every single day. I think the reason Ham Rove lost it was he was watching his rep as THE mover and shaker behind the scenes, take a gigantic nose dive into oblivion. He's the architect of jack shit now.
