Title: newbie Post by: ekg on June 09, 2013, 09:18:09 pm i understand the idea behind making people register before they can read certain forums... but we're kinda hardcore all over the board and not just in politika.. so it kinda defeats the purpose doesn't it? maybe the 'welcome' note you wrote out today should say something more along the lines of.. NOTE: DUE TO THE 'NO HOLDS BARRED' NATURE OF THE POLITIKAL SECTION, YOU MUST BE 18 TO VIEW AND PARTICIPATE. that's not to say the rest of the board is rated PG.. but it sounds a little better I think this way if we're going to make them register 1st.. Oh and I just tidied this up a little .. (reason for the 'edit by ekg') Since we're a fairly new forum with few members, your opinion here is valued far more than on huge political and other forums where individuality is lost within a sea of blabber. |
