I mean a bi-partisan anything was huge, but an actual budget? whooooaaaaa
well, not so fast... there's a catch to it.. because now those same assholes who voted for the budget.. refuse to allow the spending that's in the budget the voted for.. And an even larger number voted exactly a month ago for the omnibus bill that actually made that spending law. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) that set spending levels at $1.012 trillion in 2014 and $1.014 trillion in 2015. And 143 of them voted for the spending bill that appropriated the funds laid out in that budget. While a debt ceiling hike with no strings attached was always going to be unpopular among Republicans, by voting against it, many members contradicted their support for the Murray-Ryan budget. The names of those members, including Ryan himself, are below. Reps. They can't do it. They (enough of the loons) literally see those sitting across the aisle from them as individuals to be opposed, regardless, or enemies.
We've already got enough bullshit to deal with, with career politicians and newer ones (both parties), who also happen to think getting rich and appeasing big monied donors is more of a priority than the welfare of the majority. Now we have to deal with conspiracy nuts and party purists who are convinced patriotism is squashing and fearing everything that isn't a direct reflection of themselves. This shit is koo-koo man.
