I believe you call those discarded funky eggs “caviar”. Yeah, you’re real credible on this, PETA. A shame, because I’ll bet we agree on what I hope is the true meaning of your mission – respecting God’s creation and critters. Our pets, including Trig’s best buddy Jill Hadassah, are loved, spoiled and cared for more than some people care for their fellow man whose politics may not mesh with nonsensical liberally failed ways or don’t fit your flighty standards. Jill is a precious part of our world. That was a picture posted on her website under "Cute kids and pets". And guess what? It received condemnation too. As an animal behavior specialist, I can tell you that although the dogs seem to "not mind" the child sitting on them, standing on them, hugging their face tightly, they in fact do mind! Please do research on canine behavior and body language. Each dog is showing huge signs of stress by displaying large whale eyes, stiff posture, tight mouth/lips, ears back tight to the head and more. I understand that you love your pets and we trust them, but think of them! Yes, it is cute to see children and dogs interact in such ways but the reality is that dogs don't communicate to us in ways we always understand unless you are really paying attention. It is these things that lead to a dog that bites and 9 times out of 10 families say "it came from nowhere" when actually the dog has been giving you stress signals for a long time. Secondly, Obama didn't knowingly eat a dog. At 7 years of age, close to what Trip is, it was served to him. Title: Re: Overreact much?
