Title: Hi once again! Post by: Gamewell45 on April 12, 2015, 07:19:55 pm Even tho' I joined the forum in 2012, I've been away for a long time so figured I'd say hello once again. Life long independent with liberal leanings, but I'm very respectful of others viewpoints; while at times I can add a tiny bit of sarcasm in my posts, I never try to intentionally offend those who treat me the same.

Thought I'd let you know... Everyone from tPF is welcome here, including conservatives. The only thing not allowed is trolls. THIS forum will not tolerate trolling (the main reason I'm not posting anymore there). Additionally, mod misbehavior is not tolerated on this forum. Please read the rules and ask any questions necessary. I'd like to let you know that due to my recent hospitalization I'm not posting much here and probably won't for a while until this wound is healed, I don't have to spend half the day, everyday, at the VA, and my home health nurse leaves. There are some in there that I like as well, but a number of them there in my opinion are not interested in rational discussion, instead they focus on bashing liberals most of the time. I think some of them have anger management issue and it makes it difficult to really discuss the issues in a civil manner. I think I drive most of them crazy because, while some may bait or pile on me, I don't lose my cool and issue personal insults and many of them are looking for just that. I think there is only 2 or 3 regulars in there who are not hardcore conservatives; they've never come out and said it, but I get the impression after being a member there for over 3 years now, that they want to keep it that way.
