I guess one could consider it another run of the mill story about a Congressman's office being shot at (http://www.myfoxhouston.com/dpp/news/local/110830-shots-fired-at-congressman-gene-greens-office). Quote HOUSTON - An investigation is underway after someone fired two shots at the windows of Congressman Gene Green’s office Tuesday morning, a spokeswoman for the congressman says. There were no injuries, and the congressman was not in his office at the time. Police were called just after 11 a.m. to the 200 block of North Sam Houston Parkway East, the spokeswoman said. Workers in the building originally thought they heard a car backfiring. That's when they discovered the broken window. It did not immediately appear Green was a target. Naturally, it happens in Texas, home of all kinds of miscreant crazies, including a zealot presidential contender. What's really, really scary are the comments. This is exactly what started the American Revolution. When the people's voices are not heard they will become frustrated and turn to violence. Tea party = liberty & freedom for all individuals. Fascism = belligerent nationalism & racism. Tea party = American exceptionalism, legal immigration, personal charity, and loving they neighbor.
