Awww....poor, poor dear!

Quote
Rep. John Fleming (R-La.) appeared on MSNBC Monday morning to express opposition to President Barack Obama's deficit reduction plan, which includes a proposal to raise taxes on the wealthy.

Fleming charged that the plan is a terrible idea which kills jobs provided by wealthy "job creators" who pay personal income taxes. When asked about his business ventures -- including his role in a number of Subway restaurants and UPS stores -- from which he earned $6.3 million last year, Fleming told MSNBC host Chris Jansing that his business expenses left him with little to tax "by the time I feed my family."

Fleming told Jansing that the $6.3 million is "before you pay 500 employees, you pay rent, you pay equipment and food."

"The actual net income of that was a mere fraction of that amount."

“By the time I feed my family, I have maybe $400,000 left over," Fleming said
.

fyi: Mr. Poor Republican has four grown children. Why is he still feeding them?

Tough times man, *sniff*, tough times.  Even someone bringing home 400k a year is under siege in this economy.  I mean do you know how many times a week they have to eat their bacon wrapped filets and coconut encrusted salmon with roasted almond slivers, as left overs?  My God, it's rough out there.

Is that 400,000 the number he use for income tax purposes ?

or after income taxes...cause that number could change drastically if its pre tax

depending upon his state and how they collect revenue...off income !!

plus his property taxes and any tangible asset taxes that may be included in his state...

that 400,000 can shrink mighty fast if you've ever had to face those kind of questions !!!

and pay those kind of taxes or fee's...

America...the land of the more you make the more you get to keep !!!!

if that ain't enough motivation....fuck you ! move somewhere else then !!!!.... 769

It's amazing how they never 'get it'. Like HW and the upc technology that he was completely unfamiliar with. Even if the economy was robust and unemployment not an issue, it would be a stupid thing to let the public know that you see 400K as not a lot of money.

Correct.

You could stand next to a man who's dying of thirst and complain about the number of ice cubes in your drink...but I wouldn't recommend it.

You and Nutty can be my forum coach's on how to stay within a topic and not press buttons :D. It seems like the parade in politics gets exponentially worse when you consider Rick Perry. I don't think that calls for further explanation...

and i too agree !!!

the motherfucker should at the very least show some goddamn respect and common fucking

courtesy, move to a location where other people, with a slightly better position and higher

fucking IQ's, have chilled drinks, then politely complain to them...!!!

when in rome...don't do as the romans do...but

don't acted surprised when they do what it is that they do in front of you...

otherwise you will attract the wrong kind of attention !!!!
