This is why the left vs. right bickering is total bullshit, ever single one of them is on the take.

I love this part:

In all these 30 companies averaged $55 Billion in PROFIT per year between 2008 and 2010.

During that time- Total income taxes paid between them: 0. In fact, they actually received $10 Billion FROM the Government/Taxpayers during this time.

Amount in Lobbying these companies spent during this time: $475 Million

Maybe the Occupiers should go shit on K street.

Bullshit?

They already did:

Quote
Public Campaign released its report on Wednesday, just as thousands of unemployed Americans from across the nation swarmed K Street in Washington, D.C., the lobbying center for some of the world's most profitable corporations. The march was part of "Take Back the Capitol," a four-day series of events aimed at persuading Congress to pass comprehensive job creation measure that will benefit their constituents, rather than special interest groups.

Why do corporations pay more to lobby than they pay in income taxes?

Lobbying works!
