I've asked some variation of that question on the muche for years, because I want to see if liberals accept any limits to government.

So far, I've not had one who has responded to that type of question with any limitations whatsoever.  Your answers were pretty vaguey in your goals, but they didn't include an limitation on state action.

Intervention and what the role of the Government should be is different, depending on who you ask.  I'm not sure there would ever be anything, even of a minimal role...that wouldn't be contested.
