No, not Obama, silly!

WASHINGTON -- Hillary Clinton isn't president yet. She hasn't even won the Democratic nomination. But a Republican congressman is already getting ready for the opportunity to impeach her -- on the first day of her hypothetical presidency.

Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) recently spoke with talk radio host Matt Murphy and said the real issue with Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state is "how many lives she put at risk by violating all rules of law that are designed to protect America's top-secret and classified information from falling into the hands of our geopolitical foes who then might use that information to result in the deaths of Americans."

Brooks added Republicans are going to make sure this issue follows Clinton into office, should she be elected president in 2016.

"And in my judgement, with respect to Hillary Clinton, she will be a unique president if she is elected by the public next November, because the day she's sworn in is the day that she's subject to impeachment because she has committed high crimes and misdemeanors," he said.

They really are suicidal, aren't they? Didn't they learn from the fiasco of a hearing yesterday?

Seeing as how they're ignoring conservative pundits telling them to give up, I guess not.

Lol. All Drudge could do is mention that when she coughed it was a "serious health issue".

"........by violating all rules of law......"

any journalist, blogger, news station, interviewer etc that allows that lie from the GOP to go unchallenged should be regulated to the likes of TMZ and the enquirer... (which realistically, both are a lot more 'truthfully than most 'honest' journos since they know they'll be sued if they aren't honest and the journos know no one will call them on their bullshit)..

seriously this idea of giving the other side a chance to spew any lie they want in an effort to look 'bi-partisan' is complete crap...I remember the 'gasps' heard around the world when Cindy Crowly corrected Mitt Romney on his "The president never said terrorism" lie... and the outrage from the right that she would be so partisan... when did blatant truth become so partisan?

Facts are the center. We don’t pretend that certain facts are in dispute to give the appearance of fairness to people who don’t believe them.  Balance is irrelevant to me.  It doesn’t have anything to do with truth, logic or reality. ~Charlie Skinner (the Newsroom)

Where concrete facts and truths are involved, there isn't any "other side", not in any realistic sense. There can be opinions, but if they spawn from a non acceptance or refusal to acknowledge or injection of false narrative/items, and are treated as, "well, it's only fair to hear a differing view/the other side", then you failed as a jurno...you just have, and you shouldn't be taken seriously as one, especially where facts and truths have been established and you allow for it anyway under the pretense of fairness.

You're going to be locked up for heresy if you keep spouting all those truths! (smile)

It's just another extremist conservative gamely attempting to make a name for himself while at the same time spending taxpayers dollars on another political crusade.
