The maker of this movie wanted this reaction and he did everything he could to elicit that reaction...it was his only purpose.. so in this case, Yes.. he is at fault for the death of 4 Americans..
and Mitt Romney is at fault for condemning more Americans who were surrounded by hostile protestors and trying to ease the tension before they lost their own lives.. who the fuck does that?
