Last night Aaron sat down to watch a few minutes of TV with me and something popped up about Ryan's '30%' comment and he asked what it was.. I told him and he said
"well, that's not true but Romney's 47% was"...
you know the sound of a needle being dragged across a record? Yeah, that's what I heard in my head..
I looked at him and say
"He is? Really? I'm surprised you would think of yourself as a victim sucking off the gov't tit"..
and he got pretty pissed and said
"Bullshit!.. I work my ass off.. wtf are you talking about"..
I said
"Did you get a tax return this year?... wait, I know you did because I filed it.. Darlin' you and I are one of the 47%"....
"You were on UI the start of last year, you took an EIC tax credit, you took a credit for having a child under 16.. yep, you're a victim that feels entitled to food and healthcare.. and MItt doesn't care about you"..needless to say he was stunned stupid... and I continued..
"papa(my grandfather) is also one of those loser-victims.. The man who fought on at Midway, on Iwo Jima, who was shot when he boat sank at the Salvo Island battle.. who was a marine for 25 years, retired and the decided to go to work for the post office because he didn't want to retire that young even though he could have.. then spent another 25 years as mail-carrier... he's on tri-care and medicare.. and doesn't pay a penny in taxes... If only Mitt could teach him to take responsibility for himself..
and then you have Chuck.. he can't lift his arms 6 inches off his wheelchair, he can't walk a step..and is in a wheelchair all day that he has to treat like it's gold since medicaid won't replace it for another 3-4 years.. wow, he should really take care and responsibility for his life and quit sucking off Trump huh?"and he realized he was duped into believing the 47% were 'welfare queens'... and now he's pissed he was made to believe that..
hopefully when he goes hunting tomorrow, he'll break the news to all the other 47% parasites out there that Mitt wasn't talking about welfare queens, he was talking about them..
