The guy obviously has a leaky c-bag.  This is representative of the tea party; the party of angry, bald-headed white men who's focus is only on their screwed up values and nothing else.  I truly hope on election day, they get their asses kicked in the polls and retreat into the woodwork to become as relevant as the old Reform Party has become.
