you didn't miss much.. Mulan gave Aurora her heart back and they are going to look for Philips soul since Cora told them he's not 'dead'..
Snow kissed Charming, he woke up, Henry hugged Regina and said "you have changed" and then Emma said "Hey kid, lets get dinner" or something and Her,Henry, Snow,Charming and all the dwarves walked away happily ever after leaving Regina and Gold standing there.. and Gold ragged Regina saying something like "Congradualtions, you gave Henry his mother.. and maybe one day they'll invite you to dinner'... then the camera panned to her and she had tears in her eyes..
I do think that was a dick move on the town's part to not invite Regina after all the help she gave them.. especially Henry.. he talked her into counteracting the magic in the well, at what looked like great pain to herself, and he didn't even think to say "Can my she come".. I think they'll pay for that..
anyway, before that scene.. you saw Hook and Cora at the 'rejuvenating' lake, Hook had the Giants bean and he tossed it in... and then the last scene was Hook's pirate ship coming in the Storybrooke harbor with him and Cora on deck..
