They're the fuck'in Mob.  No wait...even the Mob could be reasoned with occasionally.  I can't believe the press isn't ALL over what Holder said.  Our DOJ head JUST admitted, that beyond the occasional fluff prosecution, that big banks are untouchable legally, EVEN by our own damn Government, due to potential economic ramifications.  And other than a few outlets...this is a non-story.  Fucking AMAZING. 

This is EXACTLY what "too big to fail" means.  I'm blown away that this admission, by our top DOJ official, is recirculated with such apathy among news outlets. Although I shouldn't be, since so many gave up any pretense of the 4th estate some time ago...to install news that defers to ratings.

Capitalism, run amok, is at the root of our continual decline...and we have a bunch of fuck'in sociopaths at the wheel, defining it and reshaping every facet of every god damn thing it touches.  Your worth is now literally the money you've acquired.  It's become a one dimensional description that decides your place in society, and what respect that place in society gets.

You a veteran who served your country for 10 years and got a fuck'in arm and leg blown off, who through a gazillion hours of therapy got back into the life game to later go on to start up and run a successful community help center for kids?...how quaint.  Maybe you'll get a back page blurb in the local paper and a hand shake from the Mayor, as he eyes the clock on the wall for his tee time. 

Now take the same story, of overcoming adversity, and change it up with hard work and a shit load of luck turning a community help center for kids, into a multimillion dollar company that sales widgets...and you've got the front page baby! The Mayors gone from shaking your hand, to sucking your dick, and telling you between cock slurps how awesome you are...even though your company isn't in town...but still...you're a home towner who made good!

Society, as it currently stands, disgusts me.
