So it appears, as the Navy Shipyard massacre was still in calamity mode, a Russian lawmaker Alexey Pushkov (head of the foreign affairs committee of Russia’s lower house of parliament) took a dig and whack on twitter...

"New shooting at the Navy headquarters in Washington -- Lone shooter and 7 corpses. No one is surprised. American exceptionalism."

and continued

"The USA should part with the notion of American exceptionalism. It contradicts the principles of equal rights and smells of political racism."

To which the U.S embassy in Moscow responded...

"What is exceptional here? Why use a tragedy for a set of political points?"

Shall we take bets as to which way Fox, Tea Party, and ultra-conservatives will pontificate on this?

I'm gonna bet they will find a way to take issue with Alexey AND still somehow make it President Obama's fault and or take issue with Alexey AND still bash Obama in the process.

It is literally impossible for them to be protective of or side with President Obama in any way.  This should be interesting.
