UL, logic seems to be in short supply these days... of course the website has nothing to do with the worth or non-worth of the ACA, but you're right, people are acting as if the two are connected.

And to be fair, while the tool is out there, they aren't sure yet how much it has been used. But that there IS a tool - sucks.
