As for me, I've been sick as hell. Stupidity and getting older...what a combo. Plus I didn't help things by deciding to quit smoking my cigarillo's cold turkey at the same time. My doc is pissseedd. Between being sick and getting the monkey off my back non-incrementally, I've made myself physically weaker than before. I can feel it. Not sure if I'll get *the difference* (as it were) back. But I'm still glad I quit the cigarillo's, even if I did it stupidly. 15 days...Hoofa.
