Government healthcare run by Republicans = Bad management based upon bad ideas, like taking Medicaid funds and reducing license plate fees...or shit like cutting off the only HIV certified physician in a three county area thus telling 300+ patients to eff off.

Government healthcare run by Democrats = Gets the money where it belongs, not reduced license plate fees.

How does that explain the Indian Health Service?
