Wow. How did Kansas get so stupid?
The courts can say the law stripping funding is illegal too, right?
In a normal world yes...in the caliphate known as kansas,not so much...Dear Leader..er I mean Brownback has already seen to that particular problem

Its utterly fascinating to watch this almost 'silent' implosion of tea-conservative-religious fanaticism at work..
