Official Story :
In !999, 2000ish i joined a bulletin bored, as it was called at those times. That was hosted buy a talk radio program
located in orlando. The bulk of participants were locally oriented to the central florida area. The best way i can
describe the webbored would be to merge Mad Comics with National Lampoon....It was a beauty to behold.
Do to attending radio show sponsored gigs, a collective of constant attendees began to emerge and self
construct as a clique which crossed over to the webbored generating a side community of the drunk and disfuctional
and extremely intelligent...it was an accident you couldn't take your eyes away from...it was a junkies daily fix of
the choas we were experiencing during this immersion of real life blending with and through cyberspace.
Anyways...having lurked under an account of no importance... I had established who the main characters were.
During the lurking period i had posted i operated Tow Trucks and performed Repo's
Someones reply was "At least you're on a keyboard and not taking my car"
At the time i was reading the reply...a commercial was on the television promoting the weekend feature
film...Better Off Dead...and i thought...surely they must think i'm better off here than there...
and right then in 2001...BetterOffHere was conceived...and i've stuck with it ever since....
