I applaud the administration for keeping her yap pretty well shut except for speaking about obesity and veterans issues (typical 1st lady causes), I know who she is.

It's obvious many Republicans agree with lilMike's stance as stated above.

I found a few more stories of the disrespect show towards women today but suspect if I put each instance in it's own thread the server couldn't handle the load. So they'll go here...

If you're a crazy religious zealot cradling bloody baby dolls, then this seems the right thing to do?

But in Louisiana, one "unapologetically pro-life" lawmaker wants to go even further. State Rep. John LaBruzzo, a Republican from Metairie, has introduced a bill that would ban all abortions in his state—with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the life of the mother—and charge women who seek abortions and the doctors who perform those abortions with "feticide."

Louisiana state law calls for jail sentences of up 15 years, with hard labor, for the unlawful killing an unborn child. LaBruzzo told the New Orleans Times-Picayune that the inclusion of the line subjecting women to "feticide" prosecution for seeking abortions was a "mis-draft," and including it "would make [the bill] too difficult to pass." He promised the provision will be removed from the bill before it goes to a committee vote. But while LaBruzzo doesn't expect to punish women who seek abortions, he would still like to see doctors working on the chain gang for providing a constitutionally protected medical procedure.

Then we have the war criminal...guess what ladies? It's all your fault!

We need you to come in and lock shields, and strengthen up the men who are going to the fight for you. To let these other women know on the other side — these planned Parenthood women, the Code Pink women, and all of these women that have been neutering American men and bringing us to the point of this incredible weakness — to let them know that we are not going to have our men become subservient. That’s what we need you to do.
