Cain, in the tradition of Palin and Bachmann, doesn't know the difference between The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.

how can Tea ppl/Libertarians stand behind people who don't know the difference b/t the Constitution and the DoI?

I mean, isn't their whole premise living strictly by the Constitution?
