I was unaware of rampant voter fraud in the state, or abroad. You'd think something like that would sort of make the news on a very large scale...even if the "liberal media" did their darnedest to manipulate and bury the story.
It's good to know that underground rumor mill and conspiratorial reasoning has enough clout to be taken seriously...to actually change or enact laws accordingly.
This reminds me of playing War with one of my childhood buds...who didn't like getting blasted and taken out all the time because he sucked at the game. So after one particular round, he started changing the rules, so his chances at survival got higher and higher. This continued on until he was practically invulnerable.
So yea, we eventually stopped playing War with him. Matter as fact...we stopped playing with him altogether after a period of time because he made a habit of changing the rules regardless of what game we were playing, because he couldn't handle losing...and when he did lose...it wasn't because he was outplayed...it was because the rest of us HAD to be cheating...so in his mind, changing the rules just leveled the playing field against cheaters.
