Clean? How would it be good news in any sense? The downward spiral of a culture immersed in a debt and credit paradigm doesn't start getting better by creating more imaginary money. The dollar is heading toward no longer being the international standard according to recent signals and statements from China and others(over at least the last couple years). I don't understand why the US continues to spend billions in aid every year when we don't have the money.
