We basically have a he said/she said situation.
As an appraiser I have seen some subdivisions that have the term "colored section" in the legal description. I just saw one a couple weeks ago in either St. Cloud or Kissimmee, Osceola County representing.
If he repainted the rock in 1984, non story.
If he has recently repainted the rock then, Houston we have a problem.
But what the recent painting was just the last one of the many times it had been painted over ?
Would it still be a problem ?
