in reference to the video slam piece that was done...

Newt never said "Kids"...

He said "students"...

Newt never said anything about employeeing middle school or elementry school students either !!!

and

at 44 seconds into the clip...a cunt says

"i'm not sure that someone in middle school should be cleaning up after their classmates. Because what sort of message does that send to that child ?"

Newt never said in that clip anything about using middle school students for that job...

and god forbid that students be given a chance to learn responsibility at the high school level and earn some money....

what a bunch of bullshit....

It helps to know what you're talking about 1)before throwing words like 'cunt' around and 2)before calling something 'bullshit'.

Gingrich pointed to successful acquaintances as examples of the benefits of beginning a job early in life.

"Go out and talk to people who are really successful in one generation," Gingrich said. "They all started their first job at 9 to 14 years of age. They are selling newspapers, going door to door, washing cars. They were all making money at a very young age. What do we say to poor kids in poor neighborhoods? Don't do it. Remember all the stuff about not getting a hamburger-flipping job? Worst possible advice to give the poor children."

Gingrich said his idea would be "making work worthwhile" for children

it helps, if only, to make sure you are not the cunt, spreading  the bullshit ..

it's pretty clear he was talking about middle-schoolers and elementary students..

unless those 9 yro are super accelerated and in high-school.

Facts are the center. We don’t pretend that certain facts are in dispute to give the appearance of fairness to people who don’t believe them.  Balance is irrelevant to me.  It doesn’t have anything to do with truth, logic or reality. ~Charlie Skinner (the Newsroom)
