I already showed you were the CBO said it was a tax.  The premium comes out of taxes, just like FICA.

Interestingly, you've argued both ways on the Obamacare mandate.  That it was a mandate covered by commerce clause and it was a tax.

Not that I care about Wyden-Bennett, but nowhere can I see it's a "tax", even from the CBO.
