When it turns out the administration has been quietly working behind the scenes, diplomatically and militarily (Go Seal Team 6!), and we see a change in regime in Syria (and hopefully Iran), he'll be the first in line - along with Congress - screaming "He didn't ask permission!"
Then there will be mumblings of impeachment and violations of the Constitution...

hope the administration is working behind the scenes. However based on recent history, they may be waiting on the UN and France to tell them what to do though.
