It's the ultra Libertarian cream dream FINALLY coming true.  People who have difficulty providing for themselves, or can't at all, should receive nothing...absolutely nothing in the way of provisions or care from the state or Federal government...if it must come in the form of taxes collected to do such.  Let charity, though wholly inadequate (and well meaning) be the sole source for such.  Society shouldn't be forced to participate in the well being of it's citizenry.  That should always be optional, where Freedom is concerned.

I've talked to Libertarians (of the non uber variety) and even they think the Ultra camp is bat shit crazy.  Sure, you'll get to keep some extra greenbacks, but the price is too heavy, too steep, not only from a humanitarian stand point, but from the stabilization stand point of society itself.
