Never met the guys, but would be cool to see what they are like in person.
I suspect they are both moral blanks. 
and yet, I guarantee his 'piety' knows no bounds... and to him, we're the heathens for wanting to ensure the poor in the country eat.
I think that's what chaps my ass the most. The idea that liberal policy is Godless and progressives themselves are evil spawn of Satan.. for no other reason than we don't want to see a class of people beneath us on the economic scale, suffer needlessly. I've never seen such hatred anywhere as I saw on PF. I don't want to talk negative about the place.. but those people have to be caricatures.. they can't really be the way they present themselves..They must be, ya know, playing a role.
then again,maybe that was what really started the falling out with Mike... I always figured he was playing a role, the way Colbert does.. when in reality, he really believed the bullshit he was spewing.. he really believed Sarah Palin would have made a great President if she had a month or two as VP 1st.. and I never accepted that was his real feelings, I always figured it was the "party-line".. like when he said he voted for Rick Scott, mr. Law and Order votes for a criminal who bilked the Gov't out of so much money, his fines added up to over a Billion dollars!
I never believed, until it was too late, that those were real feelings and statements.. I couldn't believe anyone could be that... fucked up?
It would have saved soooo much pain, time and effort if I had accepted it as real tho... LOL and PF is roving lunatic asylum full of what i don't believe exists out in the real world, in the mass that it exists there.. But I better accept it, because that shit will lose elections if i don't..
