I'm with Nutty. It's like they're putting on a show, but they don't really want to win. If they do...fine...but it's not like they REALLY want it. They will beat Ryan over the head with Ayn Rand and use his direct quotes of his oozing love for her. Not a damn thing will be made up. His make believe budget is a direct reflection of her nutbag guiding hand.
