Does anyone know how to contact the property appraiser in Volusia County to complain about work being done secretly without a permit?

I'm looking for an email or complaint form rather than going down there or calling them.

That's what I thought. I saw him on another forum while searching for my answer, but he hasn't been on there in a few years.

Yes and no...the prop appraiser uses different figures to come up with a value. I think from what little info Starla's giving out she might mean Code Enforcement tho.

People four houses down are trying to convert their garage and build a screen porch without a permit. Pretty sure they are required to.

I guess now that I think about it that would be a CE issue.
