who was Uncle FuddyDuddy last night and wtf did he do with Barack Obama?

How in the hell did he let "47%" go by in the only debate about domestic and social issues?

How did he let Mitt tag him over and over again on $716Bn medicare cuts? without saying "You're full of shit" and "Your running mate cuts the exact same amount only he does take it from benefits"

I get that Obama was totally and completely caught off guard when out of the gate Romney flips on the only tax plan he's had for the last year and says "I don't have a $5trillion tax cut".. But to let him lie about it so many times and so forcefully(and condescendingly) without ever nailing with "Ok Gov, then how are you going to offset it? Cut the mortgage loophole? raising taxes on the middle class? the poor? What? How, exactly, do you go about paying for this".. was insane..

How did he let Mitt get away with his 'small biz' bullshit orgasm.. the "that 3% you want to raise taxes on employ 1/4 of all the people" without saying "Unlike my opponent who only wants to focus on the 3% who employ 1/4 of the people in this country, my focus in the other 97% who employ 75% of this country. Those are the mom and pops that my plan will benefit. The 3% he is talking about is Donald Trump and the Koch Brothers..or other companies that make billions each year.. they can afford a 5% increase in their taxes to help the other 97% below then who are the real small businesses"

I guess there's something to be said for the office of president weakening your debate skills since you become 'UN-used' to someone in your face and challenging you.. but to let your opponent lie SO many times, to let them live in "vague" the entire 90 mins, to ignore their lies about you without challenging them in anyway... ? Holy shit. It was embarrassing.

I saw a tweet last night that I only wish was true.. it was "maybe we'll find out in the morning there was a massive foreign policy issue going on that will explain O's demeanor"..

did Romney win? yes. but not because we learned anything.. he lied about everything that came out of his mouth.. and it wasn't so much 'he won' as it was Obama lost... I mean, the jr varsity team can come out under the Friday night lights and beat the varsity team with more touchdowns.. but when that varsity teams played like they were in the pee-wee league,dropping the ball on the snap,fumbling after each completion, getting intercepted each down, missing the game winning field goal.. it was the varsity players that lost the game.. not the JV team that won it.

I'll say this.. the Biden v Ryan debate next week just got a whole lot more interesting..
