Gun Laws = Racism?

This is twice today I heard this argument being made.

WTF?

Banning people and things because of the way they look went out a long time ago, but here they are again. The color of a gun, the way it looks. It’s just bad politics.

same tactics that have proven successful, when it comes to establishing a discrimatory foundation as an effort to maintain power and strip the masses of their respective rights...

Discrimination is a tool used often by everyone...

I think the video clip is only drawing the correlation between similar factors in association with discrimination
