because the way i understand it...if you do not have to manually load the chamber each time to fire a round...

then it meets the classification of being a semi automatic firearm...so

banning semi automatic firearms would encompass the majority of manufactured firearms...and will not happen...

because it would violate the rights given to all the citizens...
