In 2011...scott hailed an incentive...

and howie turned it into...

The gov IS offering...

That shit happened over a year ago...

The penalty was bullshit in comparison to just the potential value of the tax benefit...

hell that wasn't even company profits numbers...

Irregardless...the sheep are growing their wool
