It's a mass exodus to approval of gay marriage. Something like 12 republicans crossed over yesterday 142 signed a brief for the SCOTUS in support.

It, and DOMA, are going down in June.

don't be so sure.. it's still a heavily conservative court. I expect them to not rule at all on prop 8 making the against marriage invalid, but still not making  it legal for marriage.. that why they keep this issue at the state level..

doma tho? yeah, I think that will go down..
