don't be so sure.. it's still a heavily conservative court. I expect them to not rule at all on prop 8 making the against marriage invalid, but still not making  it legal for marriage.. that why they keep this issue at the state level..

I seriously had to watch it like 3 times to wrap my head around it.. and the worst part was he said it with his normal 'authoritative' demeanor like he was God oozing manna from the heavens...
