Grind, one of the forums I'm checking out has a rule "Don't be a dick". That's pretty simple.

If you can't see that many of ILA's posts are him being a dick, that's your problem.

Trust me, I'm happy not to have that filth in my life anymore. Glad you're happy I'm not on your forum. However, that says much more negative about YOU than it does about me.
