Not sure whose hero he is. I thought the cop was at least relatively polite, and she didn't shoot him which is a plus.

but yes, if the rule is it's only too loud if you hear it 50 feet away, then he shouldn't have been pulled over and he shouldn't have had to show his driver's license.

Waste of taxpayer dollars.
