As Oberman used to point out regularly, Beck contradicted everything he supposedly stood for when he had the mouth piece of headline news. I guess he somewhat swung back in that direction with the conspiracy* talk and flat out bug eyed craziness. I never watched a full show of his on either network and I think that people like him who have a strong following on radio represent the sad shape of the average listener's level of intelligence.
*Yes, I realize that some conspiracy stuff is outrageous and it seeks to make sense of just about everything with the idea that there must be a man under the earth turning a donkey wheel.
