How can waltfromdisney win with just 15 games picked? Shouldn't the game he forgot to pick be considered a loss?

Please check out the site's FAQs for rules details.  This specific question gets answered.  Basically, a no pick counts as neither a win nor a loss.  If he has more wins, he wins the week.  If someone else who had picked all games had as many wins, he would have won the week.
