In conjunction with the rebranding of our little home, I'm thinking of renaming it too.

hmm...i'll put on my thinking cap and bowl a bit...see if i can think of anything... i like what you have already...but it does seem more of a specific bored name as opposed to the sites name... what or which direction are you thinking of going...? |

I think you ought to name this site after The Cape. Another can't lose NBC show that will be generating interest and ratings for years.

I watched the first episode. It was ok. Downhill since. Two in the DVR I still haven't watched. Nope! |

how about 'talk of the town'
I know it's not glitzy and glamorous.. but it would pretty much encompass every section.. since each section(entertainment,political,general etc) is the 'talk of the town' depending on it's MSM-news popularity that day..
and then you could use that to rename the sections..'town forum' for the main forum.. 'tv town' for the tv stuff, tinsel-town for the movie section and 'town politics' for the polly stuff.. etc etc
