I'm losing count... “If I were president, I would be willing to use waterboarding. I think it was very effective. It gained information for our country. And I also would like to say that today, under Barack Obama, he is allowing the A.C.L.U. to run the C.I.A.” Michele Bachmann, also during the debate last night...

After 20+ years of the same ol' failed policies, foreign and domestic, it's a shame the once Grand Ol' Party has regressed under the weight of silly, dumb people wearing tri-cornered hats and a field of presidential hopefuls that include a clueless, drunken current Governor, a senile old man, a philandering fool, a crazy woman married to a gay man, a flip-flopping amoeba, a crazed homophobe, and the highly respectable John Huntsman, who isn't any of the previous. Therefore he won't gain the nomination and thankfully, President Obama will serve another four years. Guess who?

I don't know, but it's hilarious.. (and pretty true)

I know, I didn’t mean to pick on you for it, I’m sorry. But I am passionate about this. Look, there is a difference between the one percent who rule the country and the ninety-nine who suffer their mistakes. I believe that Mitt Romney represents the one percent and I believe that Newt Gingrich is the lobbyist for the one percent. Future Republican presidential nominee leader Buddy Roemer (who?) today on Newt and what's his name... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNMRrp-yUQY&feature=player_embedded

"Ask Osama bin Laden and the 22 out of 30 top Al-Qaeda leaders who have been taken off the field whether I engage in appeasement... or whoever's left out there." Barack Obama's ballz.

“I have a real problem with what I consider a penalty to the federal employees; I got a real problem with the mandated drug testing for unemployment insurance”
“We don’t demand drug testing for people getting farm subsidies.” SC Rep Clyburn, in response to republican demands that federal employees pay be frozen and that unemployment applicants be tested for drugs.

“As head of Bain Capital, he bought companies, carved them up, and got rid of what he couldn’t use. If Mitt Romney really believes ‘corporations are people, my friend,’ then Mitt Romney is a serial killer.”

“What’s the effective rate I’ve been paying? It’s probably closer to the 15% rate than anything”
Mitt Romney today. Acknowledgeing that he pays taxes at a far lower rate than the middle class.
That takes class!

“Lawmakers went home for the holidays and got an earful from constituents about their juvenile behavior in Washington. So, in their first major act of 2012, House Republicans picked up exactly where they left off.”
Pundit Kevin Drum on the House's first action after returning: A resolution bitching about the president's request to raise the debt ceiling.

"People say to me, 'How fast will things turn around?' Let's talk about jobs. How quickly will people start to invest in new jobs? Late on election night when we defeat Barack Obama, people will start making decisions to create new jobs," Neut Gingrich, today, proving what the President's been saying all along...
