Obama can only do so much without the republicans screwing up the process of lawmaking with an archaic and overused filibuster process.
Anyone who is stupid to think he doesn't want to close Guantanamo or end other policies is crazy.
Now Howey...He reversed himself on everything. He authorized sending Gitmo 'detainees' to other locations as well as claiming executive authority to apprehend any citizen with no more rights than an Iraqi.
